1. Program Description: By opting into GoProductiv SMS, you agree to receive text messages related to your service requests, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional marketing.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. Expect 1–2 messages per appointment and no more than 4 promotional messages per month.

3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

4. Stop & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For help, text "HELP" or contact us at info@goproductiv.co

5. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
